EACH MONARCH MISS WILL RECEIVE
Each Monarch Miss will need to submit (1) 5x7 photo and sent preferably via email in either jpeg or pdf format 300 DPI to firstname.lastname@example.org for the program book and promotions. In the subject line please identify as "MM-name of participant-photo" Any correspondence to Barb please utilize the above format to identify the email and ensure it does not get lost or accidentally deleted.
Deadline for submitting Monarch Miss registration forms and fees to be included in the program book is May 24, 2013.
Registration forms and fees will continue to be accepted until June 3, 2013 and the photos and info will be included on an insert page for all the program books.
**Only those Monarch Misses interested in competing for a "Day with Miss West Virginia/Miss West Virginia's Outstanding Teen" participate in the ad sales.**
The Monarch Miss promises to be the start of a great mentoring program for our young ladies and as we continue to grow, so will our ladies that participate in our mentoring program.
